You go into "apple menu" -> then go to the "preference system" Now go to the "international" and you change language in "Language" and "menu entry.

On the Mac OS before System 10, you can not change language other than re-installing the system from a new CD (or new installation disks) in the desired language. I never tested the making of an updated system with the CD or floppy update in a language other than the one installed ... ? You can find updates, the old Mac OS, in a correct format disk image here: http://download.info.apple.com/Apple...tware_Updates/

In Mac OS X, to change the system language and associated applications, you first click on the "apple" button from the top left of your screen, now go to the "System Preferences" option. Finally click on the "International". You'll get a list of countries that are ranked in order of preference. Just let the mouse button on the language you want and drag that language at the top of the list.

As per my knowledge you have to use following steps to fix this problem:
Points under the top left corner of the Apple logo \ System Preferences \ multi-language environment \ the English onto the top of the \ re-start the machine!
