To begin, download and install VirtualBox if you turn on Window or Mac OS X, the process is the same as with any other program. Once the installation completed successfully, start VirtualBox. No virtual machine is available, it is now to create one. Do not go running, it is very simple. Start your creation by clicking on "New". Click "Next" and then you get a window that asks you to name your virtual machine and specify what type of system be installed on this virtual machine. We will have then set the amount of RAM you allocate to the virtual machine. You shall be determined according to available resources on your computer and needs of your host OS. After clicking Next, it's about creating an image of hard disk to install your BT. If you are satisfied with the configuration, click finish.

Restart OS X. With Boot Camp Assistant (/ Applications / Utilities /), adding a fat32 partition larger than 4 GB. At startup menu appears REFIT. Select the second icon on the bottom line. Enter "y" and "Enter". This tool partitions refit. Restart OS X. After etching to leave the cd in the drive, and restart the mac. At the login prompt enter : User: root and Password: toor. Then type in fdisk :
    fdisk / dev / sda
In fdisk, do the following things :
    Delete the partition Fat32:

    d
    3

    Create the / partition:

    n
    p
    3
Enter the size you want for your /
t (not useful, the partition is set 83 by default)
    83

    Create the swap partition:

    n
    p (4 is selected automatically)
Indicate the size you want for the swap (Recall that the swap should be 1.5 times to 2 times
than your RAM. It is not necessary to put a swap partition greater than 2GB, but it is possible
    bring it up to 4GB)
    t
    82

While creating the partitions you should be aware of some things. If after the partitioning, you do not restart, you can not install Backtack. This is due to fdisk and remade. Refit the menu, synchronize tables again with the refit partitioning tool. Go to the second icon on the bottom line, and once inside, do "y" and "Enter". Also make sure that when synchronizing REFIT does not affect your linux swap and linux partitions in FAT32 before pressing y. If ever REFIT does not synchronize the MBR table as you wish it to be, then skip to installing backtrack.

I would like to suggest you to try doing by restoring the bootloader via your Apple OS X setup CD (if it exists), or you make a grub-update (in BT4 in a terminal) in the hope that it finds itself as your a great OS X. You should know that all software virtualization bit only use wireless cards as USB device physics. Other types of wireless card is seen as a virtual ethernet devices and can only be seen as a wireless device and not by the host operating system virtualizes. BackTrack has evolved into something that is hard to imagine never existed and continues to grow. We work tirelessly on all aspects of BackTrack ensuring that it is perfect in all its aspects.
