Toshiba satellite L550-ocd Laptop question

I'm looking to buy a toshiba satellite L550-ocd laptop my question is I hate vista and windows 7. Could I load windows XP home edition on it would it work right? the kid @ staples had no idea he said it may not work. I'm looking for an answer from someone who would definetely know this answer. I'm not that good with computers I basically check out websites, check email , download music, but I do know how to install windows XP it is my favorite version of windows thus far. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

It is possible to install Windows Xp on the laptop which is previously installed with Windows 7. You can refer the following thread to know all the details you need. But I think working on Windows 7 will be more fun than Windows XP but still its your choice.
