HS SoBigRemover 1.2 not able install

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. The problem is that I have an application which is not able to install to the system that is HS SoBigRemover 1.2. I do not know what could have been the issue? Please do help me out so that I can sort the thing well out for he thing. Thank you.
