Audials One 3 is not able to install under Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have a application that is Audials One 3. The problem is that the application is not able to get install to the system. I have no idea what could have been the reason. Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted. You can create a new account with giving the rights to the admin well. In order to sort the thing you need to process out by creating a new account.
