Shutting down every 15 minutes

Hello friends,

I am having computer system with windows XP operating system. From few days I am getting some shutting down problem with it. The computer get shutdown automatically after 15 minutes. I am totally frustrated because of this strange problem. I have tried many thing to resolve this issue, but didn't get any success. If you knows any solution to sort out this shutdown issue, then please let me know that. I am waiting for your reply.

It sounds that your computer system is badly infected by virus. I don't think that you are using any updated antivirus application. So, I suggest you to install updated antivirus, and then scan all your computer files. After scanning restart your system and then see if your system posses the same same problem or not. I hope it will works for you.

As per your query it seems that your computer system might integrates some hardware problem. I am telling this because I was also getting same problem. And when I contacted to the service center of my computer, they told that because of some hardware issue your system showing this problem. I think same thing might have happened with you also.

This type of issue is mostly caused due to the operating system problem. I think you have not properly installed your operating system. So you need to do the re-installation of your windows XP operating system. You can also try the other operating system. my friend has the same problem, and he did the same thing as mentioned above. So, please try out this solution.

• Reinstall operating system.
• Contact service center of your computer.
