Upgrading to Mac os x v10.3

So i just bought 128 mb of ram stick and upgraded to mac os x 10.2.8. IT WORKS WONDERS. But now i hear that mac os x panther works best with imac g3's which is what i currently have(not a biege g3) so i know that all powerpc g3s can upgrade all the way up to os x tiger. But i need to download mac os x v10.3 because i am pretty tight on money(being 15 and all)if i can burn it to a disc or something all i need to do is download mac os x v10.3/10.3.0

-192MB Ram
-400 MHZ Processor
-Blue and White G3
-Running Os x 10.2.8
-6GB Of Free Disk Space
-Safari Main Browser(1.0.3)
And i like safari and but i think 1.0.3 has a HUGE java/flash problem and i can barely see youtube, swagbucks, ebay ect. and i know if i update safari that problem will go away please if you could give me a download link to mac os x v10.3/10.3.0 or something that would be greatly appreciated!

Mac OS X 10.3 required a memory at least 256MB to 512MB see more comfort! The installation of Panther also required no less than 3 GB of disk space, so you have a disk drive with a capacity higher (say 10 GB minimum to operate the machine). Panther is not compatible with the WallStreet PowerBook (based G3 ), or with the Power Mac G3 Beige .

Apple discontinued that theory because a good friend of mine has the exact same and is running panther on 200 mb of ram so that doesn't matter i have the money for ram anyway.
Panther does so support G3's look all over youtube, yahoo answers, HERE! They go all the way up to os x tiger. I know the beige g3 only go upto 10.2.8 but i have a newer version.
