Configuring Updates 3 of 3 0% on startup and Configuring Updates at shutdown

i need help plZ!!

heres an image of the latest updates i install

since i install updates which i dont know which one
i turn my comp on i get configuring updates stage 3 of 3 0% stays that for a moment it lets me logon and wen i finish using my comp i get configuring updates
im sure an update has not succesfully installed and the configuring things have got stuck on with the start up logon and shutdown



i have acer aspire 5735
4gb ram
core 2 duo t5800 2ghz
160gb hard drive
windows vista ultimate sp2 32 bit

should i try uninstalling the first latest update "Hotfix for Microsoft Windows (KB975929)"?

Make a clean install of the operating system that is format the system and then try to install the operating system again. Now try to update the same. This may not give you such problems.

I think you are getting this issue because of the "Hotfix for Microsoft Windows (KB975929)" update , so i will advise you to remove this update from your system. But if this does not resolves the issue then restore the system settings of your system back on the date when it was working properly without installing any updates. This will fix the issue properly.

it worked iu removed the hotfix update the configuring update from start up and shutdown are gone !!! TY!!!
