So the problem is that at some point of time two processes that is wmpnetwk.exe and wmpshare.exe works and uses a lot of memory. Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted.

The problem could be basically a bug been appended with the software pack that is been used. It may be that the operating system may have been caused with some bug and this is the reason that the application is not able to process well or the process is taking a lot of load. Perform a clean install this may then help in sorting the issue.

You need to check out for the same under the services that may be turned on. So search for the services in the start menu and then run service utility. After it is been done close the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service. This may then make the things or the issue to get sorted. Do check out for the same. Do look out for the thing.

You need to look out as there may be a virus issue been appended to the same. In order to make the issue sorted you need to scan the system using a good antivirus application tool. This may then help in getting the threat to be detected and making the system to respond well with the same. Do look out for the thing. This may help.

Use Quick heal total security antivirus application that may help in making the issue or the virus to be detected and thus help in removing the threat from the system. As it is been done you may then help in providing the solution with better possibilities. As the system may then respond well and no processes would use more memory.

Basically it is associated with video files. So you need to check out for the same that may then allow the system to respond well. Move those files or delete them. This may be causing that he application is not able to respond well. So in order to make the things to process well you need to run the system under scanning. This would help in sorting.
