    Windows 7 Enterprise - Can't change background image

    Hello to all,
    I don't have any problem with Windows 7 until I set my desktop background to bingimages. Using this background pictures shuffle automatically. Today when I tried to set one picture on my computer as background, I unable to do this. I only able to change it to a solid color. I tried various method, but none of them worked out. I don't know why I can't change background image in Windows 7 Enterprise? Anyone else having the same problem.
    Please help me to fix this problem. Thank you.

    You have to use following steps to fix this problem.
    1.First open notepad and then copy following commands in it.
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
    "Wallpaper"=-
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
    "Wallpaper"=-
    2.Now run that file from the desktop.
    Note: First take backup for your registry.

    I also had the same problem. I tried various method, but none of them worked out. Then one my friend said me following steps and it works for me. I think you also use this to fix this problem.
    Just delete following file and your problem will solve.

    2. Now open User Configuration -> now go to Administrative Templates -> now go to Control Panel and then select Personalization
    3. Now select Prevents changing the background and now go to the Properties.
    4.Now do not Configured and press OK.
    5.Now select user Configuration-> now go to the Administrative Templates-> now go the Desktop.
    6.Now right click on Desktop Wallpaper and then select Properties.
    7.Now select Not Configured and press OK.
    8.Now close the Local Group Policy Editor window.
    9.Now restart your computer.

    Re: Windows 7 Enterprise - Can't change background image

    If you want to go the registry key, then first you need to click on start and then click run. Once you do this, a small window will pop up. Type in 'regedit' without the quotes. This will bring up your registry. Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and click on it accordingly to expand it to get to its desired key.
