Windows 7 lock up requiring hard reboot

I am facing this problem when I am getting Event Viewer.
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003.
Events cannot be delivered from side to side this filter in anticipation of the problem is corrected.

Previously I was using window xp and I am not facing the issue but from when I have installed the window 7 I am getting the problem. In short I need to know why Windows 7 lock up requiring hard reboot

I want to know one thing about the lockup that it is happening frequently or not. Means I want to know this problem is occurring once in a while. According to me you should verify the temps of the processor in the CMOS setup in the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) for ensuring that it is not happening because of the issue of heat.

I will suggest you to update the BIOS and hardware drivers for the window 7 operating system.
It will better if you test this issue in Clean Boot
If that does not help then you can go for the system restore.
For doing the system restore you can follow these simple steps.
    1. Go to Start >> Programs >> Accessories >> System tools
    2. Select system restore
    3. After that a system restore window will be displayed.
    4. You have just select the date for system restore
    5. Reboot your personal computer.

I will suggest you to disable the side bar with CPU meter and also turn off the hard disk sleep mode. Try this and this will solve your problem. If not then please give me more details related to this issue so I can help you in better way.

May be this problem is happening because you are running any flash game on your computer system if that so then I will suggest you to close all the flash games running on your computer system. May be this will help you reduce the consumption of computer system. I think this will help you to solve the problem.
