Sign-in App does not support Windows XP Home

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows XP service pack 2 operating system. The problem is that I have installed the MOS Sign-in App but it shows an error that Windows is not able to support this application under the version that is been used. Please help me out so that I can sort the issue.

Windows 7 is the newly advanced operating system that is been existing. You can use the same application to process under the same. It is because the application is not able to cope up ma be Windows Vista not support as well. The problem could be sorted out well by installing Windows 7 that is the latest.
