H55 Chipset MB will not load HECI drivers

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 64bit operating system on H55 chipset motherboard from Gigabyte. The things is that under the device manager the Simple communications controller device is been shown as uninstalled. For the same I have tried installing the HECI driver but the thing is that it shows an error as the hardware is not sufficient to install the driver. Please do help me out. Thank you.

The problem could generally be with the compatibility. It could be that the drivers is not able to get install as there is some compatibility issue and there may not be a tool or the one which you are using to cope up and get worked with the same. You need to work out by sorting the issue as looking for the driver that is been capable to gel up with the 64bit version of the system.

There is a way through which you can make the issue to be sorted. All you need to do is to look out for the updated utility from the Intel official website. This may then allow you to get the upgraded pack for the driver that you need to work under 64 bit version. I hope this is the way through which you can make the things to work out essentially well. Look out.

There is another way through which you can update the driver that you need in order to make the things to work out well for you. Follow the steps that you need to work out:

    • Open the Start Menu
    • Now type “devmgmt.msc” (without quotation marks) in the “Start Search” box and press Enter

You can work out by installing the compatibility tools for Windows XP or Vista under Windows 7 from the compatibility center. This would then help the application to work out well as the issue would then be sorted the features would then be used up or inherited from the tools that is been downloaded. So do check out. Hope you may get the solution.

Try to start the the system under safe mode option as the features would then help in sorting the issue. Try to install the application under safe mode and then look out for the change. It may be that you have upgraded the system so it would be better that you perform a clean install and then install the drivers for the same. Hope this should execute and make the device to work.
