Problem with the loading of Driver\WUDFRd in Window 7

I am getting this warning at the time of power-up that “Driver\WUDFRd failed to load”. I have also noticed one thing that a 'run' window opens briefly during PUP but the problem is that it gets closed quickly before I can see anything. I have no idea how to run a “trace” on window 7 operating system. Can anybody help me with this problem of the loading of Driver\WUDFRd in Window 7

The warning message “Driver\WUDFRd failed to load” you are getting is because of the timing of the components being installed. According me you should ignore this warning message and trust me it will be safe to ignore this warning message.

If this problem is because of the driver then there is a fastest way for tracking this by using the testing tool called Driver Verifier.
If there is a problem then your system will crash

    Enable driver verifier
    1. Open the command prompt on your system
    2. Type "verifier /standard /all" without using the quotes
    3. Restart your machine
    4. Use machine again till it crashes again.
Then after the crash restart the computer system in the safe mode and disable the driver verifier.
    1. Open the command prompt
    2. Type "verifier /reset" without using quotes
    3. Restart your machine

Onboard diagnostics report which you have given according to that I think you are using Dell. If you have not removed the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) partition then download the latest diagnostics utility for your computer system and run the full test of your system and then send me the report.

I am facing the same issue as the original poster. I also own a Dell XPS-420. The small dialog that shows up during power up on my machine is about my external hard drive and has nothing to do with this error. I have been working with Microsoft and Dell to get this issue resolved and have had no luck so far. Microsoft states that it is Dell's responsibility to provide me a compatible windows 7 driver for my TEAC CAB-200 19-1 Media Card Reader with Integrated Bluetooth. Dell has been unable to help me with this so far. I am expecting a call back tomorrow from them.
