Running Fedora Core 10 using Windows 7 Virtual PC

    Hello to all,
I have install Fedore Core 10 in my computer and it is running very fast under Windows 7 Virtual PC using. I am use following kernel options at boot time.

    Code:
    vesa noreplace-paravirt clocksource=pit psmouse.proto=imps nohz=off
I don't know how fast it installed in the windows 7. It means when I tried to install it into Windows XP or Vista using Virtual PC 2007, it takes long time. Have you experience this change of running Fedora Core 10 using Windows 7 Virtual PC.
    Thank you.

Hey I am having problem while installing Fedora Core 10 in a Windows7 Virtual PC. I think I am not as you. I am tried to boot from the .iso image and then I get the problematic menu. Can anyone tell me is there any boot parameter that have to be used for the virtual environment? When I asked it to install or upgrade it and then boot, it again gives me problematic menu option.

I don't know why all Virtual PC versions need some kernel option modifications. It means why Virtual PC versions needs modifications and VMware Workstation doesn't work. Can anyone explain me that. Can anyone tell me is it possible with Virtual PC to run a 64 bit OS on a 32 bit Windows. As per my knowledge it is possible with VMware. Please give me information about it.

Hello I am also having the same experience. I also experience fast installation of Fedora Core 10 using Windows 7 Virtual PC. I also required more time when I tried to install Fedora Core 10 in windows xp and Windows vista.
I hope this will help you.
