    Windows 7 Freezes at "Completing Installation"

    Hello, I was installing Windows 7 on my computer. And then simply after installing that I come to know that my computer is running as per the requirement. So, I think that it is working well. It tell me that the "Upgrading Registry and what not" and then I got the message that "Completing Installation". Then I simply come to know that my computer is freeze. I am not able to get the solution for it. If you are having any details then please help me.

    Hello, I think you are having some or the other problem of the system hardware. So, if you want to solve that then you must need to make use of the removal of all of the hardware peripherals. Then simply reconnect the all of the hardware peripherals then you will able to get the solution for your problem. It is needed to make use of these steps and then solve the problem.

    Sorry to interrupt,
    But Solomon you are Sounding "Incorrect".
    If there ever was a Hardware Problem, the setup would not have ever been reached at that stage
    If should have hanged at some previous screens
    Is the CD OK??
    How do you know your computer has frozen up??
    It must have been busy doing something or other...
    Also post your sys specs for more help

    Hello, I am also getting the same problem. I have tried to install the Windows 7 on my computer and then come to know that at the end of the installation my computer got stopped. I am not able to get the solution for this. If you are having any solution on this then please provide that to me. I am not able to get the any solution for this. I have tried to search the solution on Microsoft also, but I am not able to get that.

    Hello, I think you are not having the system requirements fulfilled and that is why you are getting that problem. So, use the list below and solve your problem :
    • 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
    • 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
    • 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
    • DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

    Hello, I think you are getting this problem due to the problem in the installation process. It may be possible that your computer is not able to fulfill the requirement for the installation and as in the end it will simply recollect all of the files you got this error. So, if you want to solve this problem then simply upgrade the Ram memory and again try to install the Windows 7 and you will able to get the solution for your problem.
