Cannot find rxlgnr.dll

Hello, I am having windows xp operating system installed on my computer and while making use of it, from two days I am getting error message as the "Cannot find rxlgnr.dll" at the windows start. I have tried to fix that with the windows help, but I would not able to fix this error message. If you are having any kind of details about the dll file then please provide that to me. Hey, I am also having problem with the same dll file. But, I am getting the error message which is different than you. I am not able to get the exact reason behind this. If you are having details of this dll file then provide that to me. I am getting error as below:

"Cannot start Novell Client for Windows NT. A required component is missing: rxlgnr.dll. Please install the application again."

It is giving you error message the system startup which simply means that your system file is got corrupted and that is why you are getting such sort of the problem.
