slui.exe is missing in windows 7

Hi,

I have installed windows 7 recently. The problem is that, after rebooting pc, the opening session of my error message appears:

"System error slui.exe

Unable to start the program because it lacks sppcommdlg.dll on your computer

Try reinstalling the program to correct this problem "'

Can you tell me why I am getting this error message. Is slui.exe is missing in windows 7 ????
