computer doesn't boot with old hdd

I bought new computer and want to attach old sata hdd to the computer. so I attach it and boot but get only blank screen. What is problem?

Also please suggest bluetooth headset which I can connect to computer to see movie and also to n70 mobile to listen to music.

In that case i would suggest you to check out with your sata hard drive on another system, if it works fine then there is some issue with your new CPU it might happen that your hard drive would not be supporting your drive, in that case check it out with the manufacturer.
