i couldnt get out from safe mode

i tried to go to safe mode to learn how to delete some virus files, unfortunately i got 4 safe modes at the each corners on the black screen. when i try to log in administrator, it keeps going back to the welcome main page in the safe mode, and i couldnt do anything because it didnt go to window which i can see the start menu and like normal windows.

then i press F8 and i got the the windows advance options:
even i choose the "start windows normally", it keep going to safe boot.

By the way, i used "msconfig" --boot.ini --- check the safe mode and
with the options "minimal"

please help !

You are having problem starting the computer system in the normal windows mode but the system is starting in the safe mode properly. Whenever you are trying to start the system in the normal mode from the advanced starting options which you get by pressing F8, then also the system start in the safe mode. So i think there is some issue with the setting or the operting system. I will recommend you to run the system retore in your desktop on the previous date and time when the system was starting properly in the normal Windows mode.
