How to enable Cmd which is Disabled By Administrator?

    Hello to all,
As per my knowledge there are certain things which can be done with command prompt very effectively. In our company's computer the command prompt is disabled by administrator. I am using limited account. I want to enable command prompt using my limited account. Can anyone tell me how to enable Cmd which is Disabled By Administrator?
    Thank you.

You have to use following steps to enable Cmd which is Disabled By Administrator.
1.First you have to create limited user account to Administrator.
2.To do this you have to download "PCLoginNow" in your computer.
3.Now create your limited account as administrator.
4.Now click on start button -> now go to Run -> now type "gpedit.msc" -> Administrative Templates -> System-> Now open "prevent access to the command prompt" -> now select Disable and Not Configured.
    That's it.

I don't know whether it is working or not but just try it.
First restart your computer in the safe mode -> now if your administrator doesn't have password then login as administrator -> now create new administrator account(Make sure that name must be different from the original one) -> Now after this you can access command prompt.

You have to use following method to do this.
First click on the Start button -> Run -> now type gpedit.msc carriage return.

User Configuration - Management templates - System (click to select) - the right side of the window find the "block access to the command prompt"-> double click on it -> click on the "Not Configured" - Application - OK

Let's see if it works this way. Create a new text document and copy and paste this code:
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer]
    "NoRun" = dword: 00000000
Save the file and then you have to do is rename the file so that instead of having the extension TXT (text file) has the extension REG.

Once done, launch it by double clicking with the mouse and reboot your computer.
