The application that you have downloaded may have some issue related to the same. It could be that the application is not able to get installed as there may be some bugs appended to the same. It is better that you first try to get another fresh copy of the installer file application. Then try to install the application to the system after it is been done.

It could be that the application may have some virus issue that would be the treason that the application is causing such issue. Try to use a good antivirus application that would scan the same and thus be able to detect the threat and get rid off it. This would then help in making the application t get install s there is a possibility that the application may have virus been downloaded from a website.

Use Quick heal total security antivirus application. This has the tendency and power to detect the dangerous threat that is been detected. You may then be able to work out or process the function that would help in sorting the issue. So do check out for the same. This would then help in sorting the problems that you have. The application would detect the threat and then eliminate it out from the system.

You can process out the feature by making the things to get sorted as there might be a reason that the admin might have blocked the user rights to install the application to the system using a normal user account. So it would be better that you try to check out for the thing that by right clicking on the .exe file application and then process it out to Run as Administrator. Get access to the account and then install the application.

If you are not able to get access to the admin account there is a way through which you can make the things to process out well. You need to create a new account by opening the control panel option and then open the user account option. Now fill in the parameters that is been required by clicking on create a new account. Under the manage section choose type as Admin account and then create account. Restart the system and then login using the new account.
