Windows 7 Doesn't Shut Down My Computer

Hello, I have recently installed Windows 7 on my computer and while working on it Windows 7 don't shut down automatically. And due to this problem, I need to shut down my computer by directly turn off my computer. I am not getting the problem behind this. I have tried to get the solution, but I am not able to get that. I am having Intel Core 2 Duo motherboard and 2GB Ram installed on it. If you are having any solution on this, then please help me to get that.

I think you are having some sort of the problem with the computer loose connection and the is why you are getting this problem of the shut down.
