You need to scan the system as there may be some virus issue been appended to the system. It is quite necessary that you check out for the application that is been installed is not affected by virus. Scan the system using a powerful antivirus application that is Quick heal total security antivirus tool. This would help in making the threat to be detected and eliminate from the system.

Install the comaptibility tools for Windows Xp or Vista under Windows 7 from the compatibility center. This would help out in making the application to use the feature that is been used to the installed tools. This is because if the application is not able to cope with the system using the tools they might be able to the. So do check out for the thing.

Run the system under safe mode option. This is because if the application is not able to function with the open windows as it requires good compatibility in order to cope. So the safe mode option would help out in making the things to function as it do not have any features enabled that would restrict the user to work. So do check out for the thing.
