windows xp after installation! not booting properly!

I am trying to load a fresh copy of winxp sp3 in my system ( intel original motherboard with sata hdd 250gb) and always after finish loading the operating system the computer shows the windows xp logo then suddenly restarts and gives an error saying that " we apologisee for the inconveneice. but windows did start bla blah and then it gives me 4 option to select "
1.safe mode
2. safe mode with command prompt
3. and so on
and when i select the last option "start windows normally" then it repeats the whole operation again to the same screen!

i loaded the xpsp3 from a cd from a friend of mine which doesn't have a cd key option in it! as it doesnt anytime ask for the key!

so i would appreciate if anybody could please help me out of this problem!

Hello there, I guess that the setup of the Windows XP operating system from where you have done the installation is not proper because of which you are having the particular issue. I suggest you to install from another copy of Windows XP after removing the current files of the OS that you have already installed, that is after formatting. I suppose that your problem will be solved after that.
