unsure Delete broken windows folder on vista

I got a trojan a while back, it messed up my C drive, reformatted twice still messed it up so I installed vista onto my D drive, now i want to format my C drive before putting any files back on there, but it won't let me because I have the windows files there. I don't want to put windows back on there, I want to wipe the HDD completely.

I remembered hearing about deltree, did some research and it only works for OS before XP. But then I checked the command prompt and it only says the D drive and I can't change it to the C, so I don't wanna try anything incase I wipe the D drive >.<

    Any ideas? x

Delete partition that is been created. Use the Utility disc for Windows and then delete the partitions for the drive that you want to make it correct. Do checkout this would help.
