The application that you have downloaded may have issue appended to the same. It is quite possible that the application may have some bug issue and hence it shows such weird signs. Check out for the application that is been downloaded. It could be that the file is not proper or some of the system files associated with the same may have issues.

It would be better that you perform an antivirus check. It is possible that the application may be appended with virus as it is been downloaded from some website. It is possible that the site may contain some threat and it may have been downloaded. Do look out by using a powerful tool that is Quick heal total security antivirus. This will detect the threat and then remove it from the system.

There can be a possibility that the admin might have blocked the rights to install any application to the system using a normal user account. It is indeed necessary to check out as you can access the admin account and make the changes by right clicking on the .exe file and run it as administrator. Then checkout for the thing by logging in.

You can create a new account by going to the control panel option. Now open the user account option and then click on create new account. Then fill in the parameters that is been required. After it is been done you need to make the type account as admin under the manage section. This would then help you out in making the issue to be sorted.

Re: IconX 1.1 application not able to get install

Run the system under safe mode option and then try to install the application. If the above solutions do not work then this is the best way through which you can make the things to work out for you. As safe mode option do not have advanced features embedded to the same. It is quite very much essential and necessary that the application needs to work out for the same.
