The application that has been installed may have some issue related to the same. It could be that the installer file may have some bug issue appended and hence this is the reason that the application responds in such an unusual way. You need to check out by reinstalling the application in order to work out the things. So make the things to work out well by implementing the reinstallation method.

You can process out the reinstallation method by implementing the steps. This would then help you out to figure out the issue and thus making the problems to be sorted. You need to click on the start button and then open the control panel option. Now open the add/remove program option and then select the desired application that has to be removed. Restart the system.

Install the compatibility tools for Windows Xp or Vista under Windows 7 from the compatibility center. this is because the application may not be able to function or cope with the software that is been installed and hence you can make use of the tools that would then enable the application to cope with the features that it possess. So look out for the conclusion.

Run the system under safe mode. This would then help in making the things to work out in your way. This is because the application may not be supporting the highly advanced features and sophisticated program of Windows 7 and safe mode option also do not possess such features. So it would be better that you can make use of the application and allow it to function.
