Pixelitor 0.9.2 application not able to install

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have an application that is Pixelitor 0.9.2 downloaded to the system. i need to install it but I am not able to install the application. I have no idea why is this happening? Please do help me out so that i can then make things to work out correctly. Thank you.

The application that is been downloaded may have some issue and hence this is the reason that the application is responding in such a way. You need to check out for other installer file in order to make the things to work out correctly. It is possible that if the installer file is not proper or corrupt then the application is not able to get install to the system. So do check out for the good installer file.
