VANTED 1.8c application not able to install

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have a application that is VANTED 1.8c downloaded to the system. The problem is that the application is not able to get install. I do not know what could have been wrong. Please do help me out so that I may make the things to get sorted. It would be a great help. You need to create a new account if you are not able to login to the admin account. This is possible to work out well then. You need to open the control panel option and then open the user account option. After it is been done you then need to create a new account and then fill in the parameters. Under manage section select admin as the account type. Now restart the system and then login using new Account.
