Not able to work with Stellar Phoenix SQL Recovery in Windows 7

After doing a clean install from Windows XP to Windows 7, I lost some of the Microsoft SQL Database Files. So, I downloaded this software called Stellar Phoenix SQL Recovery, that will help me to recover or repair the same. The issue being faced is that I am not able to work with Stellar Phoenix SQL Recovery in Windows 7. I have installed it without any problems, but the application is not able to start. Kindly help immediately.
