I have recently upgraded from Windows Vista operating system to Windows 7. The situation that I am facing in my system after upgradation is that I cannot load Password Recovery Toolbox for Outlook Express in Windows 7. Well, I am the admin of my system and there is only 1 user account in my system, that is my admin account.
