Qoobar 1.1.4 application not able to install under Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed Windows 7 operating system. The application Qoobar 1.1.4 have been downloaded by me to the system. The problem is that the application is unable to get install to the system. I do not know what could be the issue. Please do help me out. It would be great help. Thank you.
