Incompatibility problems of Back2Life in Windows 7

After recent upgradation of my operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7, I am facing a problem with a software in my system. I am having incompatibility problems of Back2Life in Windows 7. This is actually a recovery tool that has been designed for the Windows operating systems. The issue that I am not able to use all its features in my system. Why is this happening? Please reply soon and thanks for any help.

Since, you have done an upgradation of the operating system from a previous version, you are facing issues like incompatibility problems of Back2Life in Windows 7.
