jvm645mi.dll File Missing

Hello, I am using Windows xp on my computer and last night due to the power problem my computer stops directly. And in the morning when I started my computer it is showing me message that jvm645mi.dll file missing. So, I restart my computer, but the same error comes back. I want to stop that message. If you are having anything from which I can able to stop the message then please help me.
