tosbtapi.dll File Missing Error

Hello, I am having Windows xp operating system on my computer and while making use of it, I am getting error of the tosbtapi.dll File missing at the system startup. I have tried to fix this error, but it is not possible for me to solve this error. If you are having any solution for removing this problem then please help me to get the solution.

Hi, I am also getting the same problem. While working on my computer whenever my computer started it provide me error as below:
