Horas 6.1 application not able to work under Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. The problem is that I have downloaded an application for time dock to my system that is Horas 6.1. It is not able to function as it freezes when been executed. Please help me out in figuring out the issue and then sorting the same. It would be a great help. Thank you.
