World Time Manager freezes in Windows 7

World Time Manager is a tool that helps with daylight saving and different time zones in the system. I was using the same in Windows Vista, that is the operating system that I was using previously. Now I have upgraded the operating system and World Time Manager freezes in Windows 7. There was no problem while installing this software. Even then, I am getting such a problem. Please provide the solution that can be used in this case.
