open with window keeps popping up

An "open with" window keeps opening every time I open the internet or other programs. Cant play movies or open certain programs. If I pick the program to open it with it doesnt work.

There is a high possibility that the computer which you are using is infected with some virus due to which you are not able to open certain programs. I would suggest you to scan the computer with some updated antivirus and check for the infected files. Do not delete any infected file as it may lead to system failure. Only repair or quarantine the infected file.
