WLM 2009 and Windows 7

Hi all,

Recently i am instaling windows 7 on my laptop. I have many clients in other countries and i am using Windows Live Messenger 2009 for video charting and conference. I have an issue with Windows Live Messenger 2009 with windows 7. Each an every time when i pressing send button to send an IM or a contact, live messenger is freeze and hang up to 30 sec.Please help me what can i do for resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

When encountering the above phenomenon, please make sure your net link as the error shows. Check the Connection is OK. Then you are supposed to check the download folder and setting up file of Windows Live Messenger 2009. Is there a file named Windows Live Communications Platform. If you cannot find that file, please download Windows Live Messenger 2009 Final suite. This download file contains Windows Live Communications Platform, and application error reporting. Check and reply.

If you find that Live Messenger 2009 freezes completely your Windows 7 system –then I will give you a fix suggestion in the to reduce the display adapter hardware acceleration - not perfect, but it seems to work for now. You need to right click the desktop, select "Change Resolution", click on the "Advanced settings" link, go to Troubleshoot tab, click "Change settings" button, move the slider left to the third mark and click OK.
