You need to install POP3 and SMTP service components for Windows Server 2003. Windows Server 2003 is not installed by default, POP3 and SMTP service components, so we have to manually add. You need to login as a system administrator log on Windows Server 2003 systems. Turn into the "Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Add / Remove Windows Components" in the pop-up "Windows Components Wizard" dialog box, select the "e-mail service" option, click on "details" button, you can see This option consists of two parts: POP3 services, and POP3 services, Web Management. For the convenience of Web users to remotely manage mail server, it is recommended to select "POP3 Service Web management." Check and reply.
