No proper applications display on windows 7

    Hello,

I just bought my pc and discovered windows 7. Things are going pretty well, made a few days later, apart from displaying a series of my software. I contacted the publisher who does not know what I should to solve my problem.

In fact, although the software open, but tiny, well I choose the window that fits (it becomes very large and unreadable). I tried to make changes to my graphics card (with my limited knowledge), but the areas that should probably check / uncheck are grayed out ... therefore untouchable. It seems that Windows 7 (or what) imposes its propore parameters.

I want to know how to change that. In advance thank you!

    Hello,

Is the graphics driver for your video card is installed properly? Can give us proper details about your system configurations? Please give the model of your computer and the full version details of windows 7 you are using.

Re: No proper applications display on windows 7

    Hello,

I have a HP p6222 and the windows 7 family pack which is of 64 bit.

And the video card is Nvidia GeForce G210 and i have installed the version 8.15.11.8627 drivers for it. Which is latest one and recently updated. I can not actually change the settings NVidia, which in my little opinion, may solve my problem as this is grayed out, probably made by a relay functionality of Windows 7 ...

I disable this, but do not know where or how ...

if you have the solution thank you .

The latest drivers are here: GeForce/ION Driver Release 196

Download them and install. I think some files in your drivers are corrupted that's why the options are grayed out. Uninstall the previous drivers before installing this one.

The recommended resolution for the screen and the resolution you have now . trial to begin in the Nvidia Control Panel: 3D Settings, Let the application decide . Right click the program shortcut, properties, shortcut tab, run, normal window, or reduced, or enlarged ..

And compatibility, though normally compatible with XP, for example, choose this mode and finally, test by checking the different cases: 640 * 480, disable the visual themes, desktop composition, making the scale of the display , may be you will arrive, as finding a correct display, testing, every possibility!
