The ATI Proprietary Linux driver presently present or offer hardware hastening for 3D graphics and video playback. It also contains support for dual displays and TV Output. The ATI Proprietary Linux driver also presently sustain and maintain Radeon 8500 and later AGP or PCI Express graphics products, as well as ATI FireGL 8700 and later inventions. If you do not presently plan to contain support for any inventions earlier than this. Drivers for earlier inventions should already be available from the DRI Project or Utah-GLX project.

PowerPC, Alpha, and others are not presently sustained and maintained. A4 their are some of the technologies supported in our driver are secluded by non-disclosure agreements with third parties, so you cannot officially release the entire source code to our driver and it is not a open source.
