The application that you have installed in the system may be affected by some force that is an external entity that could be a virus or a malware. You need to run a scan check method or use an antivirus tool in order to get the application to work perfectly. This would then enable the system to work out accordingly with the application that is been installed. So check out for the same.

You need to use Quick heal total security antivirus tool application in order to make the system to to detect the threat and let the application to eradicate the threat out from the system that is been affecting the same. It detects the threat appropriately and has the power to remove it from the system making the application to perform perfectly then. Look out for the thing.

Make the system to work or run under safe mode option. That would help you out to make the application to work then. Because the application may be able to cope under low features program that is the safe mode as it do not have highly sophisticated features or programs enabled to it that may restrict the user to get access to the application or disallow the application to perform the action.
