This may be due to the drivers may have not been installed properly so i would ask you to check for the drivers in the device manager. If required install the driver again because when the drivers are not installed correctly you may have to face such problems. This reinstallation of the driver will resolve this issue.

It appears as you are lcd screen is having some internal problems so if your system or lcd monitor is still in the warranty period then just go and get your monitor checked with the service center of your manufacturer if it is having some problems get it repaired there. This will definitely fix this issue.

The symptoms suggest that the drivers are not working so it is advisable that you roll back your drivers to its earlier version. Simply open the Device Manager & Double-click the video adapter in the device list. Now select the driver tab and click 'Roll Back Driver' and then follow the steps to reinstall the driver.

Sounds like the LCD monitor has stopped funtioning correctly because this does not seems as a driver problem because most of the windows drivers are installed automatically. Also the blurry image in the corner tells a different story something inside the LCD monitor has malfunctioned. Rush it to the nearest service station and get it repaired.

Your system might have been affected by a virus or a malicious program which has corrupted the entire system. The best possible solution to this problem is to install an antivirus and remove all the threats that are present in your system. If the problem persists still then restore your system to a particular restore point where your system was running absolutely fine.
