XL Screen Streamer is having problems in Windows 7

Many of my friends had suggested that XL Screen Streamer is the best software that helps to create live screen streaming sessions. This means that this software helps others to see our screen through the browser. But, after installation of the software, XL Screen Streamer is having problems in Windows 7. I cannot understand why I am getting such problems, since there was no problem during the installation of the software. All possible replies and solutions are appreciated.
