MS-DOS 6.22 and new hardware

Will MS-DOS 6.22 run as a standalone on any of the newer 32 bit hardware? What might be its limitations?

Thanks,
Terry

Hello there, I do not think that MS-DOS 6.22 can be installed as a stand alone OS. You will have to install Windows 95 or Windows 98 for this purpose, since it comes along only with these 2 operating systems of Microsoft. Windows ME has MS-DOS 8.0 along with it.

MS DOS is actually an application program that supports the operating system. It is quite impossible or you may next to impossible to make the DOS program to execute stand alone.
