DCOM Server Process Launcher terminates unexpectedly

Found a virus and removed it but for the last week or so my computer gives me an error message saying the DCOM Server Process Launcher must shutown and gives me a 60 second countdown timer to allow me to save any work or open programs. I have entered "shutdown -a" in the command prompt to halt the shutdown so I can work on it but need help now in resolving the issue. I have run HJT and am including the log file. In addition, and I'm not sure if it is related by I have something that has hijacked my browser. While googling, if I try to proceed to a link within the search it carries me to other random sites. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Re: DCOM Server Process Launcher terminates unexpectedly

Solomon, I followed the steps posted by melson3 by changing the property settings of the DCOM Server Process Launcher to "Take No Action" on failures but isn't that simply a work-around rather than a fix? As for any of the other info it didn't seem to apply.
