    The problem that the player is unable to transfer files from the system is due to the the player has no features that may be coded or designed to work under Windows 7. It is quite very much necessary and essential that the device should be able to get detected under the same but if it is not then you need to upgrade the firmware for the same. Check out.

    You might have got the utility disc that may be required to use the usb player to get detected. You need to install the drivers related to the same. Then after it is been done connect the device to the system. If it still does not work then you need to install the updated drivers for the same. Contact the manufacturer for the latest driver that may be available. Then try to use the same. This should work.

    Install the compatibility tool that may be available in order to work with the application or the device to work with the same. You may get the compatibility tool for Windows Xp and Vista under windows 7. You may be get the tools form compatibility center. This will help you out in making the drivers to work out and hence making the device to work.

    Run the system under safe mode option. This will help you out in making the device then to get detected and to transfer the files. The safe mode option basically has no high advance features enabled to it and hence this has resulted in making the device to work. Windows 7 been highly sophisticated so it would be better that you run the system under Safe mode.

    Try to run a clean boot in order to make the thing in your way. It is as follows:

    * Click on the start button.
    * Now type msconfig in the searchbox and hit enter.
    * Under selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
    * Disable the services.
    * Now restart the system.
