AVS Firewall is incompatible with Windows 7

On recently upgrading my operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7, i am having problems with AVS Firewall, that was running fine previously. When I try to install the firewall, it is giving the message saying "This setup is not made for this operating system". I cannot understand why this is happening. I guess that AVS Firewall is incompatible with Windows 7. So, what should I do in such a situation? Please reply with suitable solutions.

If AVS Firewall is incompatible with Windows 7, then you must try using the compatibility tool that has been released to get rid of these incompatibilities in Windows 7 operating system. After you have installed the compatibility tool, try installing AVS Firewall. It will surely work fine without any problems and I can assure you this because I am using the same tool in my computer with Windows 7 and it has helped to prevent many incompatibilities in my system.

Windows 7 has many such problems like AVS Firewall is incompatible with Windows 7. This is why I always recommend many users to quit installation to Windows 7. Windows 7 is built on the same old insecure infrastructure. I guess that in this case, you will have to use the built-in Windows Firewall. This will surely work without any problems. Currently, try using this firewall and if you feel that it is uncomfortable, then you will have to look for the alternatives available in the market.

The hardware and software evaluation tool lists the incompatibilities in the operating system. Run the tool and you will come to know that if AVS Firewall is incompatible with Windows 7 or not. if it is incompatible, then use the "Run as Administrator" option. This option forces any particular program to run forcefully in the system. If this option does not work then, try doing the troubleshoot compatibility for AVS Firewall.
